Why does the monitor not start after connecting to HDMI?

Since HDMI cannot transmit power, please make sure to connect an additional power supply greater than 10W（5V2A） after the connection.

Why did the monitor restart after increasing the brightness? The monitor settings were also reset？

The monitor will automatically reboot and restore default settings when it detects insufficient power supply, ensuring connection stability. Please avoid connecting it directly to a laptop's USB port, as the monitor requires up to 10W (5V/2A) input. Standard USB ports only provide 5W (5V/1A) maximum output, which cannot support high-brightness operation. Connect to a sufficiently powered adapter to ensure adequate power delivery.

Why does my monitor only adjust the volume and brightness, and can't even call out the menu?

This is because your monitor has entered the test mode. Please press and hold the center button on the monitor's edge for 3 seconds to power off, then repeat the 3-second press to restart. Normal functionality will resume after restart.

Why is there no signal after connecting using Type-C?

For a Type-C connection, ensure your device’s Type-C port supports video output — connection issues may occur if it doesn’t. Alternatively, you can use the HDMI port for connection.

Why doesn't the monitor come with a power adapter?

To align with the World Low-Carbon Association's sustainability mandates, we invest 100% of power adapter funds into energy compression R&D to meet global sustainability goals, effectively reducing power consumption.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping takes 4–7 business days, and expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times start once your order is dispatched.

Do I get tracking information for my order?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships—this includes a link to check your delivery status.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. We can’t modify shipping addresses once an order has been shipped. Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase.

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, and Japan—orders for these regions are dispatched directly from our local warehouses in each country. For all other countries/regions, we do not offer shipping services at this time.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to request a return or refund?

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging to qualify.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost. If it’s due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the shipping fee.

How long does it take to get my refund after returning an item?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Refunds are then processed to your original payment method within a few business days (exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

What should I do if I have after-sale issues?
